2023 is DAYS away.

It’s nice to be getting some rest and NOW is the time for your planning in the first quarter of the year.

Here is the stuff to know about for the first 12 weeks of the studio.

1) Foundations To Wellness

This workshop series is going to teach you more about your body, help you set better nutrition habits and get you set up for a good pattern of exercise habits for the rest of the year.

I am putting the finishing touches on it and I can safely say this is the highest level of teaching for this experience I have ever done.

2) Classes are going to fill up

I have gotten a bunch of new people who are starting in January. This next year we are going to see classes really grow.

I am increasing class sizes to 20.

I expect most classes to hit 15 fairly often and I really need you to sign up ahead of time. Reservations will ALWAYS get a spot. If class is full and you are not signed up, YOU MAY NOT GET IN!!

For those of you who remember how big my classes used to be, expect a California st level of busy..

As class sizes get bigger, I will add more once the existing ones get to capacity.

3) 10 am Tues and Thursday is moving.

I need to move the 10 am class to accomodate my growing requests for one on one times LIFT sessions on Tuesday and Thurday.

NOW is your time to vote for either 9 am or 9:30 am.

I will make a decision on Friday and announce the change that will start next week.

4) Those who are wanting in on my LIFT sessions, I am opening up more times on Tuesday and Thursday!

Prices are going up Jan 1 by $200.

5) Returning to practice after time off.

I have MANY of you who are returning to San Francisco, to start up your practice again, I would HIGHLY suggest you begin 12 weeks and the foundations to wellness workshops.
