Our goal is to provide you a space that is fun, safe and supportive of wellness practice. A place to get the individual attention and guidance to help you grow and change.
Many of our members come to us as beginners, with chronic injuries or unfavorable lifestyle habits. Where ever you are at or when you start it does not matter. With a regular practice, supportive teachers and community, your pain and life will change!

We blend Heated Healing yoga and Strength Training with emphasis on good solid basics. Gain an impressive amount of overall strength and flexibility through regular practice.
Our Yoga Program
Experience our Heated Healing Yoga classes led by seasoned instructors, tailored for beginners and those managing chronic pain.
All poses can be adapted to suit individual needs or skill levels, ensuring inclusivity and safety in every session.
Practice in an 85-90 degree environment, akin to a balmy day, ideal for enhancing flexibility and well-being.
The Lift Program
Experience rapid body reshaping with our 30-minute Lift sessions. Suitable for all levels, gentle on joints, and highly effective.
Our sessions blend strength, cardio, and core exercises for an intense, Pilates-inspired workout.
Limited to 2 participants for personalized attention.
